Welcome to Albena, a beautiful seaside resort town located on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria. We are currently seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at our luxury hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about creating delectable desserts and pastries.

As our Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pastry department, including menu development, production, and presentation. You will work closely with our Executive Chef to ensure that our desserts and pastries are of the highest quality and meet the standards of our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new dessert and pastry recipes that are innovative, visually appealing, and delicious
- Train and supervise pastry team members in proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain inventory levels of all pastry ingredients and supplies
- Ensure that all pastries and desserts are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Monitor food costs, waste, and portion control to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to create themed menus for special events or holidays
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of ingredients, baking techniques, decorating methods, and safety standards
- Ability to create unique dessert concepts while also adhering to traditional recipes
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
