Personal Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team at our fitness center in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating customized training programs for clients based on their fitness goals and abilities. You will also provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to help clients achieve their desired results.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness level, goals, and any limitations
- Design personalized training programs that are safe, effective, and tailored to each client's needs
- Demonstrate exercises and assist clients with proper form and technique
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their program as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness goals
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to keep clients on track
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and research to continuously improve knowledge and skills

Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer with a recognized certification or degree in exercise science or a related field
- Proficient in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Passionate about health and fitness with a strong desire to help others achieve their goals
- Ability to create personalized programs for various fitness levels and abilities
- Knowledge of proper form, technique, and safety when performing exercises
- Experience working with diverse populations (e.g. beginners, athletes, seniors)
- Available for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
