Personal Trainer - Bansko, Bulgaria

As a personal trainer in Bansko, Bulgaria, you will be responsible for creating and leading personalized fitness programs for clients of various fitness levels and goals. You will work closely with clients to assess their individual needs and develop customized workout plans that incorporate strength training, cardio exercises, and other activities. Additionally, you will provide guidance on proper form and technique to help clients achieve their goals safely and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments with new clients to determine their current physical condition and fitness goals
- Create personalized workout plans based on client's goals, physical abilities, and any medical considerations
- Lead one-on-one or group training sessions with clients
- Provide guidance and motivation during workouts to ensure proper form and technique
- Track client progress and make adjustments to workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Continuously research new fitness trends, techniques, and equipment to enhance training programs
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area at all times

Requirements:
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g. NASM, ACE)
- Previous experience in personal training or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise science, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Excellent communication skills to effectively motivate and instruct clients of all ages
- Ability to adapt workouts for different fitness levels
- Passion for health and wellness
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
