Moderator for Online Forum

As a Moderator for our online forum, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of conversations and interactions within the forum. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about creating a positive and engaging online community. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all forum users adhere to our community guidelines and maintain respectful and productive discussions.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor forum discussions and respond to any inappropriate or offensive content
- Encourage user engagement by initiating discussions and responding to comments
- Ensure all forum posts adhere to community guidelines
- Address user concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other moderators to brainstorm ideas for improving the forum experience

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online communities
- Ability to handle conflict resolution in a calm and professional manner
- Familiarity with basic moderation tools and techniques
- Prior experience moderating an online forum or social media platform is preferred

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Bergen, Norway (accommodation not provided)

Nationality: Open to all nationalities
