Contract Moderator - Bergen, Norway

As a Contract Moderator, you will be responsible for moderating online platforms and ensuring that user-generated content follows community guidelines. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to enforce rules fairly and objectively. You will work remotely on a contractual basis, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world. This position is open to both men and women, and no prior experience is required as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Review user-generated content on online platforms according to community guidelines
- Take appropriate action on content that violates guidelines, such as removing or flagging it
- Communicate with users regarding violations and provide explanations when necessary
- Monitor user behavior and identify potential issues or patterns
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve moderation processes

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to make fair judgments based on guidelines
- Ability to navigate through different online platforms efficiently
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their policies is a plus
- Availability to work remotely on a contract basis
