General Handyman

As a General Handyman at our company in Sofia, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in order to maintain the overall functionality and appearance of our facilities. This is a contract position, ideal for someone who is looking for work without prior experience and is willing to relocate. We are open to sponsoring a visa for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Install new appliances or fixtures as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas
- Handle emergency repairs when necessary
- Communicate with management about any major repairs or replacements needed

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No prior experience required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Good physical condition
- Willingness to live on-site in company-provided accommodation
- Valid visa or willingness to relocate with visa sponsorship

Salary: Starting at 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
