We are in need of a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience operating excavators and be proficient in English. This position offers a salary of 1200$ per month, as well as accommodation. It is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to operate heavy machinery.

As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining excavators on construction sites. Your primary duty will be to safely and efficiently remove earth, rock, and other materials while following project plans and instructions from supervisors.

To excel in this role, you must have a good understanding of excavation techniques, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance. You should also have excellent hand-eye coordination, physical strength, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators according to project plans and instructions
- Safely remove earth, rock, or other materials using the excavator
- Perform daily inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or issues
- Follow safety protocols at all times to avoid accidents or damage to property
- Report progress and any issues to supervisors on a regular basis
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure proper storage of equipment when not in use

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to read project plans and follow instructions accurately
- Strong understanding of excavation techniques and safety protocols
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
