Architectural Technologist



We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in the United States. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they meet building codes and regulations while also incorporating client needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed plans and drawings for construction projects
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create technical drawings of designs
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project progress
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, timelines, and specifications
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all project designs
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for the project
- Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: United States (preference for candidates with a biometric passport)

Employment Type: Full-time (no accommodation provided)
