Electrical Engineer - Power Distribution Systems

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Os, Norway. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing power distribution systems for various projects. Your main duties will include conducting feasibility studies, creating detailed plans and specifications, coordinating with other engineers and construction teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in power distribution systems. This position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month without accommodation and is suitable for both men and women.

Your responsibilities as an Electrical Engineer will include:
- Designing power distribution systems for different projects, including analyzing technical requirements, selecting suitable equipment, and creating detailed plans and specifications.
- Conducting feasibility studies to determine the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborating with other engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of power distribution systems.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during installation or operation.
- Providing technical support to the operations team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing power distribution systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, codes, standards, and practices.
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating design plans.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
