Barista - Dubai



We are a popular cafe in Dubai seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have experience working as a Barista and must be able to make excellent coffee and espresso-based drinks. We also require someone who is comfortable interacting with customers and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring ingredients, monitoring brewing processes, and maintaining equipment
- Make recommendations to customers based on their preferences and explain menu items
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Assist with restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and completing daily tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Barista
- Knowledge of coffee-making techniques and latte art is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
