We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a busy coffee shop in the vibrant city of Clairvaux. As a Barista, you will be responsible for brewing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all coffee drinks
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including equipment, tables, counters, and seating areas
- Stock supplies and ingredients as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in barista skills is a plus
- Proven experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different types of coffees, brewing methods, and latte art
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to provide prompt and friendly service even during busy periods
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
