We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and producing accurate measurements and data for construction projects. This is an urgent position that requires a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in land surveying.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Analyze survey data and produce detailed reports and maps for construction projects
- Interact with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project specifications are met
- Utilize CAD software to create accurate diagrams and plans based on survey data
- Regularly maintain equipment to ensure accuracy of measurements
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols while working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using total stations, GPS receivers, and CAD software
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
