We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Level Developer to join our dynamic team in St-Petersburg, Russia. As a Senior Level Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex software applications for our company. This role requires strong technical skills, experience in leading projects and teams, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing software applications using various programming languages
- Leading projects and teams to ensure successful delivery of software solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring coding standards are followed
- Identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C++, Python)
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Angular or React
- Experience with database management systems (MySQL, Oracle)
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects and teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Salary:
