Construction Surveyor


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Construction Surveyor to join our team in Albena, a beautiful city located on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria. As a Construction Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our company's construction projects, ensuring that all elements are accurately measured and marked for proper construction. Your main responsibility will be to provide accurate and detailed surveys for various construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and measurements of land using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze data and prepare reports for construction projects
- Create detailed drawings and maps using survey data
- Provide accurate measurements for various elements of construction such as foundations, walls, and utilities
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accuracy in project plans
- Monitor progress of ongoing construction projects to ensure alignment with survey data
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the construction process
- Keep updated records of survey data for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Surveyor or similar role
- Proficient in the use of surveying tools such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Excellent mathematical skills with attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills to interpret survey data accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with other professionals involved in the project

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract job: This is a contract position with an initial duration of 12 months with the possibility of extension.

Experience required: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Surveyor or similar role.
