Concierge for Boutique Hotel in Jerusalem

We are a boutique hotel located in the heart of Jerusalem, seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and make reservations for restaurants, tours, and other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
- Keep lobby area clean and presentable at all times
- Assist with luggage handling upon arrival and departure
- Maintain knowledge of local area attractions, events, and services to provide accurate information to guests
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operation of guest services

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jerusalem (accommodation provided if needed)

This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance.
