Our painting company is seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Vilnius. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint, varnish, or other finishes to various structures such as buildings, houses, and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the painting industry and possess strong attention to detail and excellent color perception.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, filling holes, and removing old paint
- Choose the right type of paint or finish for each surface
- Mix paints to achieve desired color
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or spray guns
- Ensure proper coverage and smoothness of painted surfaces
- Use different techniques to create decorative finishes such as stenciling or texture painting
- Clean and maintain painting equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations while working with hazardous materials

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a painter
- Excellent color perception and ability to match colors accurately
- Strong knowledge of different types of paints, finishes, and tools used in painting
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and work in various weather conditions

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Vilnius. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport for employment.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with approximately 40 hours per week.
