Mason - Construction Worker


Masons, also known as construction workers, are responsible for building and repairing structures such as walls, chimneys, and buildings. They use materials like brick, concrete, and stone to create or repair structures according to blueprints and specifications. We are currently seeking skilled masons to join our team in Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or plans to determine the layout of structures
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific dimensions
- Lay out patterns or foundations using rulers, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces using trowels or other hand tools
- Build corners or ornamental parts of masonry structures such as walls, arches, or cornices
- Remove excess mortar with trowels and hand tools
- Finish surfaces by smoothing and polishing with hand or power tools
- Repair cracked or damaged areas of existing masonry work

Requirements:
- Pakistani citizens preferred but all nationalities welcome to apply
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in masonry/construction is preferred but not required
- No English language proficiency required
- Must have own visa/permit for working in the United States

Salary:
Starting salary is $1100 per month. Salary may increase based on experience and performance.

Location:
The job will be located in Atlanta. Accommodation will not be provided.
