We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel by building strong relationships with clients and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the hotel
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions to increase bookings
- Monitor sales performance against targets and make necessary adjustments to achieve goals
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and market trends for management review
- Attend trade shows and conferences to promote the hotel's services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking abilities with a wide range of contacts within the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Oslo, Norway. The candidate must have a valid biometric passport.
