Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Repair or replace broken or leaking pipes, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with water supply systems
- Inspect plumbing systems to determine potential problems and develop solutions
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while working on projects
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy equipment or crawling into tight spaces
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical information in simple terms

Education & Training:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of an apprenticeship program or vocational training in plumbing is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1200 per month.
