Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As an English-speaking candidate from Egypt, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's daily operations. This is an entry-level position that does not require previous experience, making it an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to start their career in administration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team by handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when necessary
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel
