Indian Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient and smooth functioning of all departments.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to maintain high levels of customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Create schedules for staff members to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback for improvement.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture.
- Good understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have valid visa (own visa preferred) without accommodation provided.
Salary: 1800$ per month
