Baker Assistant

We are a bakery located in Nizwa and we are looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team as a Baker Assistant. As a Baker Assistant, you will assist the head baker in all aspects of the baking process, from measuring ingredients to decorating finished products. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about baking and wants to gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes
- Assist with baking breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Monitor ovens and adjust temperatures as needed
- Help decorate finished products with icings, glazes, and other toppings
- Clean work area and equipment after each shift
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certificate is a plus
- Basic understanding of baking techniques and knowledge of different ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
