We are a rapidly growing construction company in Wiltz seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage all phases of the construction project including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and changes
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with all team members, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software

We offer competitive salary package of $1300 per month plus benefits. This is a full-time position with urgent hiring needs. Preference will be given to Indian candidates.
