Construction Manager

A reputable construction company in Wiltz is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills. This position is suitable for male candidates with experience in managing construction projects in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and safety
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Develop project plans and timelines, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments
- Hire and manage site staff, including engineers, supervisors, and laborers
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications
- Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month along with benefits including health insurance. This position requires fluency in English as well as proficiency in Indian construction practices. A valid biometric passport is also required.
