Teamlead - Indian Operations Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teamlead to manage our Indian operations in Jerusalem. As the Indian Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our operations in India, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Indian employees, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of tasks
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency within the team
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and coordinated operations across the organization
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients in India
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans to address them
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and best practices related to Indian operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in an international setting
- Fluent in English (additional knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members from different cultural backgrounds
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving results
- Knowledge of Indian business practices, culture, laws, and regulations is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Jerusalem

Note: This position is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to candidates from India. Accommodation will not be provided but we offer free visa sponsorship and airfare.
