Indian Teamlead in Jerusalem

We are currently hiring an experienced Indian Teamlead to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees from India, ensuring their success and productivity within the company. This role requires fluency in English and experience in a leadership position.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Indian team members
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team and ensure they are met
- Provide guidance and support to team members to improve their performance
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve company objectives
- Monitor team progress and report to upper management
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and growth
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with experience working in a similar role
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team of individuals
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of project management processes and tools is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be willing to relocate to Jerusalem if not currently based there

Salary: $1200 per month with accommodation provided.
