Construction Site Supervisor

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in Bungoma. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management. They will be responsible for supervising the construction team, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high quality standards. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in construction management or supervision
- Knowledge of project management software and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and budgets
- Must be able to work on-site without accommodation

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the construction team on site, including contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Develop project schedules, monitor budget constraints, and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders about project updates and issues
- Troubleshoot any problems that arise during the construction process
