Our company is seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing various mechanical systems and equipment. This position is suitable for men and does not require English proficiency. The salary for this role is 1800$, with free visa and ticket provided. Accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements
- Install and maintain mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Assemble machinery and equipment according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical issues that arise
- Ensure all work is completed safely and up to quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Knowledge of technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Physically fit to handle heavy machinery and equipment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Valid work permit for Lithuania (free visa provided)
