Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Kaunas. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy of orders and promptly address any customer complaints or concerns.
- Assist in setting up tables and maintaining restaurant cleanliness.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.
- Process payments accurately using POS system.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
