Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Atlanta. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and creating technical drawings and plans for construction projects. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure that all designs meet building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed design drawings using CAD software
- Create construction plans and specifications
- Work closely with architects to develop design concepts
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities

Salary: $1700/month

Location: Atlanta (accommodation provided)

Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
