Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Atlanta. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural plans and drawings, working closely with architects and engineers to bring designs to life. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, as well as a strong understanding of building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate and detailed drawings
- Assist in site visits and surveys to gather information for designs
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in the Atlanta area
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with BIM software such as ArchiCAD or Vectorworks

Salary: $1100 per month (with potential for increase based on performance)
Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time (flexible schedule may be considered)
Location: Atlanta, United States (candidates must have legal authorization to work in the US)
