As the finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishes to our premium furniture pieces, ensuring they meet our quality standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sanding, staining, and painting furniture pieces according to design specifications
- Mixing and matching colors and finishes to achieve desired results
- Inspecting finished pieces for flaws or imperfections and making necessary touch-ups
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Collaborating with designers and other team members to ensure finished products meet design requirements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a finisher in the furniture industry
- Strong knowledge of different types of wood finishes, stains, paints, and application techniques
- Ability to read design plans and follow specific instructions
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for quality
- Team player with excellent communication skills
