Senior Architect - Part Time (Alta, Norway)



We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Alta, Norway. This is a part-time position, perfect for someone who is looking for flexible work hours and has other commitments. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes developing designs, overseeing construction processes, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative design solutions that meet clients' needs and budget constraints
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD software
- Review plans for compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Norway is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a starting salary of $1400 per month. The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
The job is based in Alta, Norway. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Norway without sponsorship.
