Sales Manager (Indian Nationals Only)
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with the company's goals and objectives. Your main focus will be on increasing revenue and profitability through identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will also oversee a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Indian national residing in Muscat preferred
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
