Team Lead - Project Management
We are hiring an experienced and motivated Team Lead to oversee our project management team in Acre. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget, on time, and to high quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a proven track record in project management. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month, including accommodation. Free visa and ticket will also be provided for foreign candidates. Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the team
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure goals are met
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed upon timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and implement solutions
- Mentor team members to facilitate their professional growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; PMP certification is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management role
- Proven experience leading teams towards successful project delivery
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or Trello is preferred
- Experience in Agile methodology is an asset
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Fluent English speaker; knowledge of other languages is a plus
