Industrial Architect


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Herzliya. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, and other structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet functional and aesthetic requirements. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and design objectives
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare cost estimates and project timelines
- Select materials and finishes that are suitable for industrial environments
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Address any issues or problems that arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to contractors
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and structural engineering principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
