Interpreter for International Students in the US


We are looking for a skilled Interpreter to join our team and assist international students in the US with their language needs. As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between students and faculty members, as well as providing translation services during classes and meetings.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between international students and faculty members
- Interpret spoken or written language from one language to another
- Translate course materials and documents for students
- Assist with registration and enrollment processes for international students
- Accompany students to appointments or meetings as needed
- Provide cultural guidance and support to help students adjust to life in the US
- Keep accurate records of all interpretation services provided

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and at least one other language (preferably Chinese, Japanese, or Spanish)
- Proven experience as an Interpreter or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Language Interpretation, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of different cultures and customs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed

Salary: $1100 per month (part-time)
Location: USA (with accommodation provided)
