Front Desk Receptionist in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the first point of contact for our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the office calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Schedule appointments for clients and maintain the office calendar
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

This position is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.
