Courier Manager

We are a courier company based in Herzliya, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Courier Manager to join our team. As the Courier Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our team of couriers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of couriers, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure timely delivery of packages to clients by monitoring routes and coordinating with couriers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and satisfactory manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses, and other relevant data
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality of service
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall company operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in courier services or logistics management
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems for tracking deliveries and managing data
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns in Herzliya preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at 1500$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide free visa assistance for non-citizens as well as a complimentary round-trip ticket for relocation.
