Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager (Vilnius, Lithuania)



As a Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Vilnius, Lithuania. You will work closely with contractors and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Your attention to detail and strong project management skills will be crucial in successfully delivering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Prepare project budgets and schedules
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications
- Monitor progress against project milestones
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
