As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' outdoor spaces. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and a strong knowledge of plants and gardening techniques. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, and then use your expertise to create and maintain stunning gardens.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and weeding flower beds, lawns, trees, and shrubs
- Maintaining and operating gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Designing garden layouts and selecting appropriate plants for different environments
- Regularly inspecting plants for pests or diseases and taking necessary actions to treat them
- Applying pesticides or herbicides in a safe manner when needed
- Keeping garden areas clean and free of debris
- Advising clients on proper plant care and maintenance techniques
- Collaborating with other team members to execute larger landscaping projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and landscaping principles
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry trends

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally eligible to work in Lithuania.

Note:
Please note that this is an English-speaking job. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with clients.
