Architecture Manager (Indian Nationals)



We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee the design and construction of our projects in Las Vegas. You will be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring that all projects meet deadlines, budget requirements, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture and at least 5 years of experience in a management role. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful project completion are essential for this position. Indian nationals with valid work visas are preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

As an Architecture Manager, your duties will include overseeing the entire design process from concept to completion. You will lead a team of architects to develop creative and functional designs that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to local building codes and regulations. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

To excel in this role, you must have strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. You should also be well-versed in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. A keen eye for detail and the ability to think creatively are also important qualities for this role.

The successful candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in a management role within the architecture industry. Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects is highly desirable. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is also necessary.
