We are looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes. Your main duties will include safely operating the equipment, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and accurately following project plans and instructions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to project plans and instructions
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper function
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Troubleshoot any issues with equipment and report them to supervisors
- Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
