We are in need of an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to assist with construction and maintenance projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Load and unload materials using heavy equipment
- Monitor equipment operations to ensure quality work and adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to operating heavy equipment
- Ability to read project plans and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $900 per week
