Hotel Sales Manager for Indian Candidates in Sheduva, Lithuania



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Sheduva, Lithuania. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, plus commission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth
- Develop relationships with potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure the hotel remains competitive
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Train and mentor junior sales staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Proficient in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate to Sheduva, Lithuania if not already located there
