We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Sheduva. This role is suitable for both men and women, with preference given to English-speaking candidates.

As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and strong customer relationships. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to identify opportunities for business development and develop effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the hotel's management team to develop competitive pricing strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
