Solar Installer - Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Solar Installer. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to start their career in the solar energy industry and has a strong interest in renewable energy. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation of solar panels on residential and commercial properties. No experience is required, as we will provide on-the-job training, but previous experience in construction or electrical work is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of solar panels on roofs and ground-mounted systems
- Follow safety protocols and use proper equipment while working at heights
- Assist with the electrical wiring of solar panels and inverters
- Perform quality checks to ensure proper installation and functionality of equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work site

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Interest in renewable energy and sustainable practices
- Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction materials
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced installers

Location: Alta, Norway (accommodation provided)

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
