We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects, ensuring they meet all quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects and designers in the planning and execution of architectural projects.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans and budgets, identifying potential risks and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions that meet their requirements.
- Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and other documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Review project proposals and contracts to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
