We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in the manufacturing process. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines (such as lathes, mills, grinders) according to specifications
- Operate machinery to produce high-quality products
- Monitor machines during operation for any malfunctions or issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve any problems that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure their proper functioning
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Familiarity with different types of machinery and their functions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Technical certification or degree in related field
- Knowledge of safety protocols while operating machinery
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
