Construction Project Manager


We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of various construction projects in Ar-Ruwais. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project including budget, schedule, quality control, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the client and other stakeholders
- Oversee all phases of the construction process from design to completion
- Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met and safety protocols are followed
- Manage project risks and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Communicate project updates to all stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of diverse individuals
Experience working in Ar-Ruwais is preferred but not required.

Salary: 1100$ per month.
